The beach front Villa Dubrovnik 4 is located in a wonderful position, on the small island of Kolocep, facing the town of Dubrovnik. Villa is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and aromatic herbs and provides superb vacation for the guests who prefer enjoying their privacy.
Villa is designed as modern construction which follows the sun's daily course from the sunrise to sunset. It faces the sea and there is a sloping path leading down to the private beach and bathing platform, where you can enjoy your complete privacy.
The property is completely surrounded by plants and STONE TERRACES, furnished with lounge chairs and cocktail tables, where you can enjoy the view and magnificent scents of nature.
In front of the villa there is a SWIMMING POOL with sun deck, lounges and umbrella. The pool is also facing the sea so you can spend time enjoying swimming and the magnificent view.
The Villa is elegantly furnished with a combination of modern design as well as antique furniture of the last and preceding centuries.
On the GROUND FLOOR there is a double bedroom, toilet and the small gym. The bedroom has the glass door entrance to the stone terrace, surrounded by the trees.
On the FIRST FLOOR there is a spacious living area, dining area and excellently equipped kitchen. The area is air conditioned, there is also a floor heating, wash/dish machine etc. On this floor, there is an extra daily toilet.
The living room has the entrance to the stone terraces with lounges, as well as the dining area, which has the most beautifully furnished terrace, offering the sea view.
On the UPPER FLOOR there are 3 double bedrooms and 2 toilets (1 is en suite). The bigger bedroom has en suite toilet and 2 terraces, one facing garden and the other facing the sea.
The terrace facing the garden is furnished with the lounges. The second bedroom has the terrace facing the garden and the third bedroom faces the sea.
The Villa can only be reached over the water either by speedboat or by regular ferry service. If you take the local ferry (there is a ferry 4 times per day), you then have about 800 meters walk from the village to the villa.
The island of Kolocep is protected area, therefore, the cars are not allowed.
